  • Very pleasant and helpful staff. Large compartments offer plenty of storage space. Located very close to Victoria Street, so quite central. I'll definitely come back on my next visit.

  • Was a very easy experience! Front desk was very helpful and luggage was stored in a secure room (they buzz you in) in the back. Was nervous about storing luggage at first but this worked out great for us!

  • We needed to store our bags for the day while we wen out exploring until we could check into our nearby accommodation. Very convenient location. Very easy to make a reservation online. Very reasonable pricing. Staffed front desk, very friendly staff, and secure locked storage room. I would absolutely use this location again!

  • Difficult to find at first, I did not realise that it was deep inside the hostel. However the people at reception were extremely helpful, and it was then very easy to drop the bag and pick it up quickly. Great that there is a human there 24/7, I thought I needed some complicated system to scan my QRcode, but it was all very manual and efficient

  • This place is actually a hostel, so they have a luggage room for storage. Got 24h front desk that’s the mean reason that I picked this Bounce location. Great service, also got a toilet to use.
