Easy to find and the cafe was great

Very kind staff and bags are stored in a locked room. Got it back in no time and good shape. Once you know the name of the café you find it very easily to drop off your bag.

Excellent storage facilitiy. Only a short distance from Waverley and really good rates to store bags. Very secure. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

It was quite an easy procedure. Drop off and pick up was smooth. The staff was nice and helpful. The only problem was, that there was nothing outside of the cafe that indicated straight away you where at the right place. Once you where inside of the building you could see the storage signs.

We left our luggage there for a few hours while we waited for our return flight, and everything went very well. The staff was friendly. The suitcases were stored in a small, staff-only storage room, so they were out of sight of guests.

I would give it five stars, but it was really really hard to find. The word Bounce wasn't anywhere. I had no idea I was looking for a convenience store, just the address. But they were nice and took care of my bags.

The store changed name, so it was a bit confusing. Check in /check out went smoothly and the staff was friendly
