Storage was great, and we picked up some coffee at the same time ;)

Very friendly and attentive staff. Very grateful for the wonderful service.

It was quite an easy procedure. Drop off and pick up was smooth. The staff was nice and helpful. The only problem was, that there was nothing outside of the cafe that indicated straight away you where at the right place. Once you where inside of the building you could see the storage signs.

Very easy to find and store luggage. Staff was very helpful storing and when we went to pick up.

We left our luggage there for a few hours while we waited for our return flight, and everything went very well. The staff was friendly. The suitcases were stored in a small, staff-only storage room, so they were out of sight of guests.

Cafe was super accommodating and servers were flexible even after we showed up later than our check out time

I would give it five stars, but it was really really hard to find. The word Bounce wasn't anywhere. I had no idea I was looking for a convenience store, just the address. But they were nice and took care of my bags.

The store changed name, so it was a bit confusing. Check in /check out went smoothly and the staff was friendly
