- The staff was friendly to us, they helped us with internet when we had issues with network connection (recommend making screenshots of the QR code). They labeled one (!) of our two luggages and took them to a room at the back of the store, which we believe customers could potentially see. However, we thought it's okay bcs the staff had cameras and were looking around the shop. Our luggage was fine but we would prefer if there had been a curtain or something to make sure no one gets tempted to steal the unattended luggage. That's our only downside. Would recommend anyway.:)
