This worked really well. The luggage storage is very handy for Waverley station. The booking was easy. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful, efficient and personable. Our luggage was stored safely. It wasn’t too expensive either. All round, a good experience. Thank you.

Everything was excellent, very fast, and even if you don't understand English well, they still make it easy for you to understand what needs to be done.

This was such a lifesaver! I was able to explore for a few extra hours without my luggage before it was time to catch my train. Drop off was super quick and easy, and so was pick up.

Super easy to find and very kind helpful Gentleman in charge. It was very busy with queues for dropping off and collecting. Be nice to this lovely chap - he is working very hard in the heat to mind all our luggage! I did note that when I picked up mine, some of the overflow bags for other customers were not out of sight or behind a counter but in the store front. Too popular I guess! Would use again. It was easy to find the place, it's near Waverley station. I booked the backpack as a small bag and had to pay a difference on the spot, as the backpack is considered the same as hand luggage. But everything worked out fine, the bags were safely stored.

Super service, speedy and efficient. Bags returned with no issues and great central spot close to the station.

Otherwise everything was fine but there was some stains on our bags when we got them back, like some liquid got sprayed on them..

The suitcase was delivered quickly after the procedure through the app. I suggest that the partner locations that store the suitcases have their complete addresses on the app. When I picked up the suitcase, it was quick and in perfect condition.

Easy process and our luggage was safely stored! However, the store was closed when we arrived to drop our bags, when it’s supposed to be open 24/7. The store clerk came back a few minutes later and he probably just went to buy a snack but it would have been nice to have a sign on the door that said “back in 5 minutes” instead of the “open” sign with a locked door. It stressed us out a bit because we had to leave for a tour not too long after.

The staff were welcoming and very kind. Our luggage was locked behind a door whose code was only known to the staff, so we were able to visit Edinburgh without worrying about our bags!

Hi went very smoothly, staff helpful and was great that on our last full day in Edinburgh we didn’t need to carry around our luggage. Dropped at 11.00 am & collected at 5.00 pm then headed to the airport :)
