Very easy to use and very convenient for not having to lug our bags around the city. We used this service for the Ludovico Einaudi concert at the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Having checked out of our hotel the morning of the event, we would have had to lug our backpacks around all day. And (in addition to the hassle) we would have had problems getting into the concert, as bags like ours weren't allowed. This luggage storage was perfect, being just steps from the Castle, and the pickup was also convenient and quick!

It was very easy. They gave us a card to access our locker. We had unlimited access until our pickup time.

Location convenient to Grassmarket. Bags are stored in a locked room. Tags are not checked against an ID but all worked out well.

Expected it to be actual lockers like the others, instead it was just a locked room with open shelves. Was still perfectly fine to use but just be aware if you’d prefer your own lockers that this isn’t the place

We needed to store our bags for the day while we wen out exploring until we could check into our nearby accommodation. Very convenient location. Very easy to make a reservation online. Very reasonable pricing. Staffed front desk, very friendly staff, and secure locked storage room. I would absolutely use this location again!

Difficult to find at first, I did not realise that it was deep inside the hostel. However the people at reception were extremely helpful, and it was then very easy to drop the bag and pick it up quickly. Great that there is a human there 24/7, I thought I needed some complicated system to scan my QRcode, but it was all very manual and efficient

This place is actually a hostel, so they have a luggage room for storage. Got 24h front desk that’s the mean reason that I picked this Bounce location. Great service, also got a toilet to use.

Excellent place to leave your luggage in the city center, just steps from the train station and bus stops. The staff were very friendly, and it helped that they were open 24 hours a day.
