The staff service was fine. I had problem finding the store even though it was right next to the bus stop. I was looking for Damselfly Grocers but it is a Costcutter Ltd grocery. Also when I retrieved by bags, they were stored on an open shelf in back of store. I expected them to be stored in a more secure location. All that said, it worked out fine!

It doesn't seem secure at first, but the employee has a good eye and is quick. We used the service twice. It obviously convinced us.

This was my first time using Bounce, and I mistakenly assumed they maintained their own shops. This resulted in a little difficulty finding where it was we were to drop our bag. However, once I determined it was inside a convenience store, everything was sorted. The service was great. Very quick drop off and and pick up. Just reserve ahead of time, show up with your bag, and take a photo of it. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

Very good. It's a food store, COSTCUTTER. The clerk was very polite. He made us take a photo of our luggage before leaving it and then show the photo so we could pick it up. I thought it was a very good security measure since they keep the luggage all together in a back room. The clerk told us they were open 24/7.

The suitcases are stored on a shelf in plain view and accessible to everyone. It would be incredibly easy to take a backpack or remove some of the luggage without the shop owner noticing.

Efficient service

This location is at the Hanover St stop off the Airlink 100, which was ideal for us. The clerk was very helpful. Just what we needed.

Punctual and efficient service. I highly recommend it because it is 5 minutes from the city center.

Everything was fine but it's a bit difficult to find the place since the email only contain the name of the company and not the actual store. They also store the bags in an area that's accessible to customers so it's not as secure as I hoped. We got lucky and nothing happened but it seemed like anyone could walk out with the bags if the store attendant is busy with other customers.
