The man here was very organised, helpful and friendly. He had a good check in process and I felt our luggage was in a secure location/well looked after. Drop of and pick up really easy and we found it easily. Tip - get all your stuff out of cases what you need like coats etc. before you go in and have your QR code ready to make the pricess easier for him and you.

Really busy but lovely man running the Boro shop in Edinburgh today. He did a fantastic job being so busy with all the customers.
