We appreciated that they were familiar with the app and could help guide us to the right spot in the app to check in our luggage and then take pictures of it to assure us of the security and safety of our belongings. When we picked up our luggage, they were committed to ensuring we received the correct luggage back and they were both efficient and effective in their delivery of our belongings. We are confident that our luggage was well guarded while we enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh.
