Since July 2024, this Cafe has been a proud partner of Bounce, providing luggage storage services near Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street. With a capacity to secure up to 20 bags each day and 24/7 support, it's the ideal place in Edinburgh to stash your luggage, offering up to £10,000 in bag protection. After making your reservation, simply present your confirmation at the location, and hand your bags over to the Bounce Partner - it's as simple as that!

At this location, bags of any size are welcome: storage rates for purses and tote bags are just £3.50, and regular luggage costs £3.50.

I was amazed by this drop-off point. It was inside a café. The staff was really friendly, and our luggage was locked in a separate room by the staff. A very nice plus was that I was allowed to use the restroom upon pickup. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, keep in mind that you have to climb some steps to get to the café.

The luggage storage service provided by Bounce at The Willow Tea Rooms worked perfectly. We particularly liked the fact that the suitcases were stored in a secure area and that the café was in a convenient location, easily accessible by bus.

Very good experience. Friendly and helpful staff, secure storage. You don't need to bring your bag up the stairs. Just go up and inform staff you're there for the bag storage and they'll help you. Would use again!

Checking in the luggage was very easy. We got our hands free for our last stroll through Edinburgh and could collect it and get the bus to the airport right across the street! I recommend storing the luggage where it is safe and you have nothing to worry.
