Great experience, tjis was the first time i used it, at first it was hard to understand qhere the place was, the people who helped us couldn’t answer ant questionsas they worked at the tea room upstairs, that was the only negative thing

You can't find a better location ( Princes Street ) for the drop off and the luggage was tagged, recorded and put in a secure room. The only downside is that the staff and waiting area is part of a restaurant ( a very good one at that ) so when it is busy, you may need to wait to get assistance.
