Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Seattle

This was our first time using Bounce, or any kind of luggage storage service for that matter. Our experience with Bounce and the Purple Store was phenomenal! We disembarked our 7-day cruise on NCL’s Bliss ship today (Saturday) at 9:00 am from Pier 66; our flight wasn’t til 7:40 pm. We wanted to explore Seattle and knew we couldn’t do it with our luggage in tow. Therefore, I started googling “luggage storage” on the ship and found Bounce and decided to download the app. The customer service agent on the ship told us to ask one of the NCL workers at the port about luggage storage, which we did once we got off the ship. We were directed to a HUGE line of our former cruise mates who were waiting to pay to store their luggage at NCL’s location. NCL’s storage checkout deadline was 3:00 pm, which wasn’t ideal for us. What to do, what to do? I decided to open the Bounce app and found The Purple Store’s nearby location with a checkout deadline of 6:00 pm! Yay! I reserved a spot for 4 suitcases and we headed over (on foot) to their location. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the employees were all so friendly. There was also a bathroom in the store, which was much appreciated! All the fun purple goods were quite entertaining, too. Once we checked out, the kind worker even walked us down the street to show us where to walk to catch the train! What great customer service! All in all, it was a great experience!

What a perfect solution to what to do with our bags as we spent a day in Seattle before heading home from our cruise. The Hyatt House was literally across the street from the Space Needle and the Chihuly Gardens and Glass Museum. The staff at they Hyatt was absolutely wonderful and professional. Their system was done very well and we knew our bags were in great hands. They even offered us free coffee and the option to chill out in their lobby if needed. We are extremely happy to have found Bounce and to have selected the Hyatt House.

The drop off experience was quick and convenient, this location was super close to my Airbnb. The pick up was surprising, as they only asked for my name. I wish they would’ve asked for my phone number or seen my confirmation instead of just giving me the bags as long as I said the correct name. Otherwise great experience

Tanya/Tonya(not sure how she spells her name) was beyond amazing. Thank you for your help. They allowed us yo use their airport shuttle which was an added relief of stress. Would recommend anyone to stay here or drop off their bags!

The gentleman who assisted us was very pleasant, helpful and focused on handling the bag check and pick up professionally and properly. I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I am also grateful for the immensely helpful service which gave us freedom to explore the beautiful city of Seattle.

Safe and in a very convenient spot near Pike’s Place! Only issue was finding the actual place, as the description was not very clear. We had to walk around for 10 minutes to find it. Passportology (I believe formerly known as Travel Visa Pro) is a little office located in a locked building called the “Expansive Pioneer Building”. It’s a workspace rental building with small company offices. There are two entrances, and you’ll have to use the door intercom to call to get in. They’ll then open the door and their office is located on the second floor. Actual staff were very nice and locked our luggage in a secure room with proper tags, and even took a photo of our group’s luggage for reference as sometimes other people’s luggage’s are checked in as well.

Star Coffee staff was efficient in storing my luggage, as well as having them ready for pick up. I thought their opening hour was 900am, but upon checking online for the restaurant, it doesn't open till 1100am, and I had to pick up my luggage by 1000am. I called their number listed on bounce and someone answered at 920am and said yes, I can pick up luggage then. Very nice staff.

Adam is very friendly and helpful. The bags were tucked away safely. I was able to pick them up late on my way to a red eye flight with no problems. My only suggestion is to add some more specific instructions about finding the entry door.

The 3rd Generation Owner was very helpful with directions to sites we wanted to visit, told us information about the area, even made sure we didn't follow google maps due to a shut down sidewalk and got us around without backtracking.
