Top ratedIt felt a bit strange that the suitcases were almost in the middle of the shop, where customers also go. Also, my bag was standing on its own in the shop when I came to collect it about 30 minutes before closing time. Then they didn’t check my phone, I could just take it. This was fast but didn’t feel like it was safely stored.

Took a little to find (Just look for Bagdad as I don't think it says Internet cafe anywhere, it's a phone shop or something). Staff didn't seem to speak much English but managed to get what I needed across and no issues with storage or pickup.

However, the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, and from what I observed, there was always a staff member nearby. So in the end, everything went smoothly.

Excellent, very recommended. The owner is very friendly, we kept our bags for a few days because we wanted to go out of town, and when we came back to pick it up, it was ready to go. Excellent service

It is a great place to safely keep our luggage as my friend and I took trips out to other European countries. However it would be better if the app could give clearer guided route to coming to Novotel as it is not located within the airport. You have to take a bus to arrive at Novotel.

Super helpful front desk! We used this in Oktoberfest and the staff was very friendly. Easy to change in the bathroom and the stuff is in a large locked room. Cafe is right next door so location is convenient!

We felt somewhat insecure because the hotel left our bags in an open room accessible to everyone, without considering the possibility of theft. Nothing happened to our bags, though. Apart from that, the staff were incredibly helpful

Good, friendly and efficient service. It would be better to provide a locker instead of just storing all the luggage in one room. Or to supervise every time someone enters in that room.
