Easy procedure. It was only a small shop and they had a lof of luggage ... they do their best to manage it and are very friendly.

This store location, where we brought our bags for safekeeping, is a small food-alcohol store in Melbourne. It’s in center city across from Victoria Market, so a fairly good location, reasonably close to the Airbnb in which we stayed. The employee at the register seemed a bit perplexed at what was needed when we brought in our bags for afternoon storage — we had already reserved and paid for storage at this location through Bounce.com. Ultimately we completed the transaction with him and it seems our bags, when we picked them up, stayed safe. And all of this worked out at the end.

Great service close to accomm Clean area for storage.

The staff that assisted me with drop off and pick up were super helpful- especially with pick up as my flight had been delayed and when I arrived at midnight no one was originally at the desk. But one of the supervisors appeared and clearly saw me looking a bit stressed, jumped behind the desk, and helped me get my bag back!

First time using bounce, at first we were unsure of leaving our belongings there because there was no locker, our stuffs ( 3 LV bags, YSL bag ) were left at the back storage area of the shop, we left our stuffs for 7 hours, came back and everything was intact and as how it was left, over all good service.
