The lady and gentleman at reception were friendly and patient. Our luggage was safely stored; there's a lockable room available for this purpose.

Super friendly, helpful staff. No issues leaving or collecting our luggage, so long as you have your QR code. Only disappointment is the $5.80 fee for booking the service.

Initially it seemed so wrong to be leaving my bag at an Indian restaurant and as there was no obvious signage about the service, I thought I must be confused. There was a bit of a delay due to it being a very busy dinner time for them. The staff were friendly and took care of my bag efficiently. I was so glad that they were open until 10 pm. It was nice and close to the event I was attending and Flinders St, where the next part of my journey would begin. Would love a venue that was open even later to take advantage of more nightlife.

What a great concept! If you have luggage and can’t check in yet, just find a place in Bounce and drop it off! The staff at this venue are lovely and friendly.

First time using bounce, at first we were unsure of leaving our belongings there because there was no locker, our stuffs ( 3 LV bags, YSL bag ) were left at the back storage area of the shop, we left our stuffs for 7 hours, came back and everything was intact and as how it was left, over all good service.
