So easy to use the app and to adjust the timings. My only concern is my bag is out wide in the open and I saw sometimes no staff were watching this area so maybe can improve security by hiding the bags in future?

Maybe it would be helpful to give directions on how to reach it from kl central, because the station is big and difficult to navigate

Amazing experience

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I regret is that the entrance has stairs, so it's hard to carry heavy luggage. This time, the hotel staff helped me and I was able to carry it.

Hassle free and very convenient. So near to KL Sentral. If I knew the place so near, I would have booked there to stay.

Directions were not very clear to the place. Also hard to locate hotel as there are no signage which indicate the word ‘chaos’ just a ‘CH’. Other than that, service was exellent and price is cheap hehe. Could do my shopping till I’m dripping with my luggage put away.

Great for dropping off your luggage for an indefinite period and affordable prices. Not having to bother with your luggage to travel elsewhere between two internal flights is great...

Smooth check in

It's too hard to carry a bag up to the third floor. If you have a big bag, look elsewhere.

There are stairs to first floor but everything was easy and perfect!!

Super convenient! Close to our hotel, easy check-in and check-out and possibility with an additional cost to shower which is very appreciable before a flight.

There is no elevator. My luggage is very big and heavy. I have to carry it up one step at a time and then walk down one step at a time. It is inconvenient.

I take off one star because of the stairs, no one helps us to bring our luggage up knowing that the room to leave our luggage is upstairs. Also, when we collected our luggage, no one checked if it was ours or not.

I couldn't get the barcode out due to an internet problem, but they were flexible and accommodating.

Staff are good. They lock the suitcases or luggage with a metal zip wire padlock. Flexible too. Stored It for 5 days np issues.

Conveniet place for luggages storing

Very good, we were able to take a short two-day trip without having to drag large luggage. Our luggage was unscathed and we were even able to take a quick trip to add something to the luggage.
