Bounce provides a great service to travelers. We had a late flight and had to check out of our hotel early. Bounce provided a luggage storage option prior to our departure.

It wasn't easy to find, being located on the fourth floor of a large shopping mall. I was able to find it with the help of a security guard inside the building. Initially, I was a bit confused because it was a pop-up store, but the friendly staff helped me check in my luggage and pick it up after my tour. It was a great experience, and I plan to visit again.

The mall is so large that finding a place wasn't easy. There's a storage area inside the PubUp store. There are guards stationed throughout, so asking is quick. The staff were friendly, and they even labeled my luggage with a number, took a photo, and uploaded it to the app. It was a great experience. I'd love to use it again.
