Really convenient process and the staff were helpful and friendly.
They let us refill our water and use the wifi to call a grab after.
So easy to use the app and to adjust the timings. My only concern is my bag is out wide in the open and I saw sometimes no staff were watching this area so maybe can improve security by hiding the bags in future?
Maybe it would be helpful to give directions on how to reach it from kl central, because the station is big and difficult to navigate
Location was easily accessible at bukit bintang.
The staff was very helpful. Storage also seemed very secure. Only need a signage for declaring as bounce storage facility.
