Convenient location - close to train station, bus station and Krakow old town. Friendly staff and easy to use system. However there were 4 quite steep steps in order to enter the building, which is quite difficult if you have heavy luggage.

The whole process worked brilliantly. Found a really convenient location. Booking all worked. Dropped off a little bit earlier than booked and everything worked as I'd hoped. Would definitely use again. Very convenient to spend our last day without dragging bags around.

I had a great experience using Bounce Luggage Storage near St. Florian’s Gate. Great, super easy check-in and check-out, reliable connection

Struggled to find somewhere to store two cabin cases for the day but Bounce made it easier. Probably not the cheapest around but they were friendly and the directions given to find them worked perfectly. Felt confident our luggage would be safe and we would be able to jump on the train quickly after picking them up.

Good experience. Went smoothly although it appears this a new service and the young lady wasn’t entirely sure of how the booking in procedure worked, but we got there! Nice cafe located at the rear of the museum.
