Perfect location & timing for my flight schedule

I had a wonderful experience using Bounce at Hale Hana! The shop owner was super friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. Dropping off my bags in the morning and picking them up in the evening before checking into my hotel was completely seamless. This was my first time using the service, and I’ll definitely be using it again!

Great experience, friendly warm welcome. Felt very comfortable leaving my belongings there. Very convenient as it was walking distance from my hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone

Lily’s location and hours worked well and is “Uber findable.” We had a late flight. Bounce located several places in/near Ala Moana for us to store our luggage while we walked around the area. (We were planning to leave our luggage at Smart Carte at the airport but leaving our luggage where we were spending the day seemed a good and less expensive alternative.) The first Bounce location was a Dive Shop located inside the Ala Moana Hotel. First, the location was a challenge to find by Uber. Only a street address was given with no mention on Bounce that the shop is located inside the Hotel lobby. Second, although advertised to open at 10 am, the shop was not opened. We called. The shop attendant (a real person!!) told us he was running late and would be at the shop by 11 am. Another customer was waiting to pick up his luggage to catch a flight. Not good. We cancelled the location and walked to Lily’s up the street. Bounce is a great concept. However, its app is challenging to use. It needs fine tuning finding locations and partnering with locations that are open during the hours advertised. Travelers are always on a tight schedule. Hopefully app will improve with experience.

Dropping off our luggage went smoothly. Perfect welcome. We simply had to go to the address provided and everything was easy. Excellent service.

Easy drop off and pick up, just off the main strip. Also, the hostel has snorkel gear, surf boards, and more to rent or borrow. Wayyy cheaper than on the beach!
