Once you have your bar code after paying online you show it to the Bounce attendant and they give you tickets. EZ. For three people We had 4 luggage bags and 3 backpacks w an additional bag. $46 EU. Very Easy.

However, the directions to find the shop are very poor. Simply enter the shopping arcade on the west side (opposite Via Santa Caterina di Siena). The shop is immediately on the right as you walk down the arcade.

However, since this is a hotel, if there are guests trying to check in or check out, you will have to wait before they will get your luggage. Also, be aware that the desk is one floor up. There is an elevator that will fit two slender people and two carry-ons, but that's about it.
