Difficult to find at first, I did not realise that it was deep inside the hostel. However the people at reception were extremely helpful, and it was then very easy to drop the bag and pick it up quickly. Great that there is a human there 24/7, I thought I needed some complicated system to scan my QRcode, but it was all very manual and efficient

The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem with the drop-off - I had booked online but it seemed I had to queue behind lots of people who hadn't booked in advance, which took 15-20 minutes, and meant I did not get to the theatre on time to be admitted. Luggage pickup was super fast though.
