It's inside Weverley Station, next to the train tracks (not to be confused with the one upstairs at the bus station). Both dropping off and picking up your luggage went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. 10 pounds per piece of luggage for three hours seems expensive to me, but it appears to be an average price in Edinburgh. This place is a good option!
