The employee at the store was great. Your bounce website and app was trash. Jumped on wifi and kept getting too many requests errors and to try again. Eventually he just let me put in there.

Great place and the service is easy to use. Make sure to check if they checked you out from the app otherwise you could be charged.

Very easy to use and very convenient for not having to lug our bags around the city. We used this service for the Ludovico Einaudi concert at the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Having checked out of our hotel the morning of the event, we would have had to lug our backpacks around all day. And (in addition to the hassle) we would have had problems getting into the concert, as bags like ours weren't allowed. This luggage storage was perfect, being just steps from the Castle, and the pickup was also convenient and quick!

It was very easy. They gave us a card to access our locker. We had unlimited access until our pickup time.

Location convenient to Grassmarket. Bags are stored in a locked room. Tags are not checked against an ID but all worked out well.

Expected it to be actual lockers like the others, instead it was just a locked room with open shelves. Was still perfectly fine to use but just be aware if you’d prefer your own lockers that this isn’t the place

We needed to store our bags for the day while we wen out exploring until we could check into our nearby accommodation. Very convenient location. Very easy to make a reservation online. Very reasonable pricing. Staffed front desk, very friendly staff, and secure locked storage room. I would absolutely use this location again!

Super fast delivery and collection. The only downside is having to pay full price for the day even for just two hours. Over £15 for two small suitcases for just over two hours seems ridiculously excessive! It would be a good idea to consider the costs based on time slots.

Straightforward and easy! Plus it was very close to the hostel I was staying at. They just needed you to take a picture of your suitcase. Overall it was super easy and convenient. Suitcase was in the same condition I left it when I came back 3 days later.
