  • Bounce was very easy. I highly recommend. We had a large group and 11 bags. UPS required 2 reservations. We figured it out, the cat was the same. The woman who took our bags at UPS wasn’t friendly or helpful, the gentleman upon our return was outstanding! We would recommend bounce and use UPS again! Thank you!

  • Good location, close to a metro station and some museums. We took a photo of our luggage when we dropped it off, and to pick it up we had to show that photo for verification.
