Discover Washington Union Station luggage storage

Needed somewhere quickly to keep a backpack safe whilst we visited the Capitol building. This was quick to find and book online, just a couple of blocks away. Quick & easy to drop off and collect afterwards, perfect!

We came straight from the airport, hungry and in need of coffee — and this place delivered on every front. The owner was one of those rare people who makes you feel immediately at ease: warm, funny, genuinely interesting. He didn’t just help with our giant suitcase — he insisted on carrying it down to the storage area himself. The coffee and food were both excellent, which we hadn’t really expected. After a full day of exploring DC we came back for our bags and ended up staying for lunch. Also delicious, and the staff were friendly throughout. This is exactly the kind of place that makes traveling feel like less of an ordeal. We’ll be back next time we’re in DC.

They kept it well

Delightful people, also bounce storage so if you're traveling you can safely leave your bags. Wide range of crystals, incense and other items. Clearly owner is passionate about her work

Overall great, only downside is narrow stairs down to take bags thru. Otherwise it would have hit a 5.

Very easy and quick to reserve, drop off luggage, and pick up. They didn't check anything about my reservation though, so I wonder if anyone can just drop stuff off without paying/reserving and pick it up later in the day? Prices were good though, just $5.90/bag.

Quick and efficient place to leave your luggage. No complaints.

The location was a bit hard to find with navigation system. I didn't get name of lactation before the app sent us into the alley.😳😳. The chat got us the info and we were so close. It's at Gold spot next to liquor store. The bag attendant was cool and quickly got us stored to enjoy our first day in DC. We retrieved in less than 2 minutes.
