Once I figured out the procedure, this was easy, safe and secure. I appreciated having the freedom to get to a museum in the few hours before my train.

Location nearly perfect -- closer to Union Station would be even better. Staff were very nice. Bags were moved during the day which took an extra few minutes, but were found eventually.

Great location next door to NASA, close to metro. The lady there was amazingly nice and efficient. When we returned she was helping a customer but we barely waited a minute she was so fast. Loved using this service and so glad we picked this location!

Fantastic. I was able to drop my heavy bag and attend the rally on the Mall in the hours before my flight left DCA.

I had never used this service before, it was not quite what I expected but just as advertised and quite reliable.

Worked out great. Strong smell on something awful inside perhaps some sanitizing is suggested.

Everything okay, just don't let luggage to be there for long as it's restaurant full of kitchen smells.

Drop off and pickup were easy! I did feel like the bags were likely secure but I didn't love that I could see the bags from the street through a large window. I would think having them locked up in a room would be more secure. But, my stuff was all fine and the location is great, very accessible to Chinatown metro and an easy walk to the National Mall
