I was hesitant at first, worried about my bags being safe, had never heard of Bounce before but after reading so many good reviews about S&R, I finally decided to go with it. I booked 1 day before, very easy process through the website. They gave me a QR code, the exact address and I was good to go. The location is AMAZING, very very close to metro station FARRAGUT NORTH, red line, around the correr actually, less than 5 minutes walking. Very strategic, 1 street to the left and you are by the White House. Lincoln Memorial, the national memorial, national archives, Capitol building, everything is walking distance. Leaving and picking up the bags was an easy, fast deal. They scanned my QR code, polite, friendly, cordial staff, shout out to Ray for being friendly and helpful. My bags were safe there, nothing wrong with them. Highly recommend this business, they are trustworthy.

Guys were great there. It was just difficult using the first time because the pin on the map for the location was wrong. I didn’t understand that payment had to be made before the location was disclosed. Once we found the place, it was a tremendous service.

Friendly barber shop with a back room where they store luggage. Conveniently located a couple of blocks from the McPherson Square Metro station.

They saved our day visit to the White House allowing us to leave our stuff at their shop so we can continue with our tour.Thank you

Quiet bookstore & cafe, staff knew exactly what I was referencing when I walked in, were very polite & I felt safe leaving my suitcase!
