This was a great location for seeing a show at the Commodore Ballroom. Just right around the corner. Since the Commodore doesn't have a bag check, we tried Bounce for the first time. I was a little leery of the location but honestly the employees were super friendly and we encountered zero issues. FYI your bag is just held behind the counter, not in some kind of locker or safe.

The location was very helpful. Check-in was quick, and a very nice person greeted them. We felt confident that our luggage was safe.

Nice guys and trustworthy service to store baggage. I was sceptical at first as it is inside a Vape store but they ask for a QR code and PIN number before you handover your bags which are stored in another room. The guys at the store also helped us carry our bags out (lots of ski bags and suitcases). We were able to enjoy an entire day at the beach, go to dinner/drinks then pick up our bags and order an uber to the airport out the front of the store. Great service, thank you!!

Easy drop off and pick up in a convenient location.

Need better annotation for the place. Like Deville’s coffee. There’s no sign for International Vape etc. it was difficult to find and the Uber dropped us a block away in the wrong direction. Otherwise, the drop off and pickup was easy and convenient.

Location was very convenient on UBC campus. Store owner was super nice and accommodating. We felt secure in leaving our bags here while we explored campus.
