Very friendly staff, the storage location in the back of the store didn't look very secure though. That being said, we got our bags back just like we left them, so it's all good!

Was first time using this service and it was great allowed me to sightsee until it was time to head to airport after hotel check out!

Very easy and fast service. Just walk in and the worker helps right out. Luggage goes into a back room away from customers so I felt safe leaving it there. Getting you luggage is also easy just walk back in and show them your code and leave.

We were late and they were so sweet and wait for us to arrive 10/10

Awesome service. Flew from Whitehorse to Vancouver. Yvr skytrain station to Broadway City hall. Dropped bag, went to hockey game, won $134,000 on the 50/50. Skytrain from Rogers arena to Broadway, minimart across the road got my back and peaced out. If it wasn't for this service I might not have won!

Good storage, no waits, courteous people. Could use a more secure area that is not open to store customers.

This was the first time I used bounce. Overall the experience was good. I did have some concerns that the back room was accessible to customers and would have felt more comfortable if the luggage was behind a closed door.

Very well located and wide opening hours. On the other hand, bags are a bit loose in a cluttered back room with a lot of traffic, not only for the staff (also customers coming to use computer stations) so protection apparently quite average
