The drop of and pick up were quick and easy. The only downside was that there was a group of homeless people inside and outside the store that made it a little difficult getting out.

Very easy to find. Only 1 staff so need a little patience. We roam around town luggage free!

Super easy to sign up and reserve a time to store my bags. Drop-off and pick-up were both also very quick and easy. This was highly convenient and I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for an accessible space to store your luggage (and maybe grab a bite!) before moving on to the next leg of your journey.

Fast and smooth

Service was great and it was certainly good not having to drag our bags around with us for the day in Vancouver. Our only issue was that we were there on Saturday and they didn’t open until 10am. We were off our cruise ship at 8:30am so we had to wait a while. Having said that, there was someone there at 9:45am and they accepted our bags then which was nice.

We made an online reservation as our Airbnb was one block away. Blenz immediately found it and took our luggage for a few hours until we boarded the cruise ship. When ready to leave, we had no issues either. We would use them again.

This was an easy drop off/pick up for our luggage while we were out and about in Vancouver. It was convenient to make reservation online and quick to both drop and pick up bags. Staff were friendly and helpful
