Discover Vancouver Cruise Port luggage storage

Great location to store our luggage after our cruise and before our evening flight. Only a few blocks from Canada Place (the cruise ship terminal) and the SkyTrain station was about halfway in between. Easy and fast drop off and pick up.

Bounce luggage drop off is very convenient, they have many locations in Vancouver. I used the location in downtown Vancouver, very convenient for me. The place is quite small, the luggage was stored off to the side, away from foot traffic, by a window facing the street. If you are in the downtown area, this will work! Happy with the results.

Easy drop and easy pickup. I wont feel comfortable walking during night time but for the day time its all good.

It was easy to check in and leave all our luggages. And a plus was it was only 3 mins walk from the cruise port. Customer service was superb!

Service was great and it was certainly good not having to drag our bags around with us for the day in Vancouver. Our only issue was that we were there on Saturday and they didn’t open until 10am. We were off our cruise ship at 8:30am so we had to wait a while. Having said that, there was someone there at 9:45am and they accepted our bags then which was nice.

very smooth process to book the drop-off through the app and to hand off luggage to staff. luggage is put away in a secure room so i felt comfortable. and a very easy pick-up process. would highly recommend!

Great! They took a photo and securely stored the bags in a separate room. When getting the luggage back, we had to show the QR code and the tag they gave us.

Perfectly situated opposite the apartment i was renting on Abbott Street. The staff in the cafe were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of the storage.

Easy drop off and collection

Very easily booked online and once arrived at the cafe , quick and efficient process . Very confident way to store luggage whilst we explored the sights of Vancouver. The coffee and cinnamon buns were delish. . In fact is close to our accomodation so have breaky there most mornings and at least one coffee per day so far.

First time user of Bounce and a little apprehensive but process was easy and efficient and we felt really confident and safe leaving our bags. Great system which allowed us to enjoy our day without carrying our bags around. Location was also very convenient.
