Convenient location and easy to drop off and pick up our luggage

Perfectly situated opposite the apartment i was renting on Abbott Street. The staff in the cafe were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of the storage.

Easy drop off and collection

Very easily booked online and once arrived at the cafe , quick and efficient process . Very confident way to store luggage whilst we explored the sights of Vancouver. The coffee and cinnamon buns were delish. . In fact is close to our accomodation so have breaky there most mornings and at least one coffee per day so far.

First time user of Bounce and a little apprehensive but process was easy and efficient and we felt really confident and safe leaving our bags. Great system which allowed us to enjoy our day without carrying our bags around. Location was also very convenient.

Super simple drop off and pick up

The gentleman who assisted myself, my parents, and our extended family with our 27 pieces of luggage was the best. We were able to grab things periodically throughout the day and all of our items were safe.

Reserved on bounce app. Took taxi from cruise terminal. Left bags for the day while exploring Vancouver. Returned to pick up and walked to Pacific Central Station Amtrak. Closest location we could find. Great service and communication.

The staff members were so kind! They took our bags to a locked “staff only” door.

Super easy and the guy was very laid back. We went to the first Cell Universe, that isn't the one. Down the hall and that's the one (two in the one building, but staff at both spots were helpful :) )

The worst thing is there is another store with same name but completely unrelated.
