  • Hesitant at first since we were dropping 5 bags off at a corner coffee shop and they were taken to the back office (or somewhere). All bags there at pick up, so that's a good thing!

  • Staff is well service. The access to the luggage is OK if the coffee shop is not crowded. The time when I checked in / out is not crowded so it is no problem at all.

  • We made an online reservation as our Airbnb was one block away. Blenz immediately found it and took our luggage for a few hours until we boarded the cruise ship. When ready to leave, we had no issues either. We would use them again.

  • Clerk was polite and helpful. He even took a photo of us and our bags for an easy matchup when we returned. Close to train, on main bus line, and open 24hrs. What more could you ask for?

  • Easy and close to Pacific Central Amtrak station. They have a sizeable storage room. Staff are polite and only need your QR code or reservation details.
