- Felt comfortable leaving my stuff there. They take it into a back room, have you take pictures of your stuff and the tags, just in case. Picked up and dropped off my stuff with no issues. Would use them again.

- We found an unconvincing exterior but, on inquiring inside, it was the correct place. The bags were taken and tags given to us and it was all very easy. Later in the day we retrieved the bags with no problem at all. A very useful service which worked well.

- Super easy and efficient on both the drop off and pick up end of the deal. Only issue was the price on the website - "starting at $5.90" - was a tease. We paid about $40 for four bags (bag cost plus a service fee). Tipping didn't seem to be expected (a shocking surprise in today's "tip everyone for everything" environment). It was worth the $40 to know our bags were secure and we could see a show and enjoy dinner unencumbered.
