- When I arrived, the receptionist told me my reservation wasn't there, even though I'd made it almost a month in advance. She very kindly explained that it wasn't there but that I could make another one. I requested a refund and made my new reservation right there. Everything was great with the place; everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was with the platform, because if I make a reservation, it's to avoid problems on the day.
