It's a bit tricky to find, but the guy is very friendly and I feel the place is safe and a great place to stroll around before heading to the airport.

Location was great and my bags were secure. The person in charge was friendly and I was even able to watch a game at the lobby. Great service.

The location was a little bit hard to find, but it wasn’t hidden. The process was simple. I presented the QR code from the app and they were able to quickly pull up my reservation. They took my bags and when I returned, the process was the same. Overall, it was a great experience.

The Mexican guy was friendly, but the Korean guy wasn't as helpful while we were trying to get transportation out of the area.

The location was fine. The only thing I didn't like was that it's on the second floor, and I had a very large suitcase, and no one helped me carry it upstairs. Yes, I felt they were safe.
