The lady at the front desk was very nice. Location is a little difficult to find but you just have to walk all the way down the hall when you enter the white door. I would recommend paying in cash considering the recent reviews.

so much cheeper than the ones in the airport that wanted to charge me 500 pesos for a backpack & checked bag. but this one is top notch and close to the airport! it was tricky to find but the locals will help you incase they see you lost. they are really friendly. nice and quick too! will 100% recommend

It's great! We were helped by a very friendly Venezuelan guy named Juan Manuel. It's easy to get to, right where Google Maps shows the location—it's a white gate, number 105. You ring the bell and they'll greet you warmly! Highly recommended for storing your luggage; it's safe and secure :)

Perfect… very good service from those who served us (some Venezuelans). The truth is that it is much more convenient than the airport lockers (they wanted to charge us 600 for two lockers… not even in Switzerland have we paid that much, in this place they charged us 200, so super good :) …)

The Venezuelans were super nice. We didn't have a reservation and they treated us super well. It's close to the airport (walking distance) and much cheaper than the abusive lockers inside the airport. Recommended.

Safe, waaay cheaper than the storage in the terminals and close to terminal 1. If you are in terminal 2 and need to store luggage you can take the train between terminals (free when you show boarding pass). From terminal 1 you can walk through the vibrant and authentic neighbourhood (10 min) and maybe get some taco’s along the way👌

Close to the airport and safe! They put your luggage/bag in a locker and offer you to take the key. I was too afraid of losing the key so I didn’t even take it (I saw that other people did the same which made me feel that it’s ok) and all went perfectly fine. My luggage was kept safe and when I picked it up the guys checked my name and verified that I was the rightful owner of the luggage :) Great experience, highly recommended

They serve you kindly and the price is much more affordable than inside the airport. It takes about 10 minutes at most from there to gate 10 of terminal 1.

Cheap and safe. Use gate 10 when leaving the airport. Entrance is not marked, but google is bringing to the place flawlessly. Use door bell. Luggage is kept in cages, you get a key to own cage.

Excellent option when you're traveling, I recommend walking to the end of the airport, gate 10, ground floor, walk towards the parking lot and you'll almost come right out to the address

At the airport, they charge 350 pesos per bag, but I found a better price here. The good thing is that they updated the photos on maps, making it much easier to find the place. You just arrive, punch in, and they'll come and get you. The people are very friendly, and you can tell they have other types of businesses right there. Thanks!
