Drop off here was quick and easy. Other reviews say it was hard to get to from the airport, not at all. It was about a 10 minute walk. We felt immediate peace on being welcomed in to leave our bags. Owners were accommodating and kind. Lovely space, I would definitely book here again.

The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive to travelers' needs. It's close to the airport, but you'll need to take an Uber or other transportation to get there.

Very nice and friendly, is a bit of a walk from the airport but nothing we couldn’t handle. We did have to get help from some airport workers to figure out where it was located because apple maps wasnt telling us where to go from the airport. They kept our bags safe and sound all day while we were exploring the city. and when we got back it was nice and easy to pick up our stuff and head back to the airport.

It was very close to the airport and the staff were friendly. Since it's near the airport, the area feels safe, so I think it would be fine to use this place again if I visit Mexico in the future. However, the lock is flimsy, so it's probably best not to put expensive items or cash in it. Highly recommended! It was great not having to travel with heavy luggage.

I was a little nervous when I arrived, but it's actually super close to gate 10 at the airport, and Eduardo, the guy who let me in, was incredibly kind. He walked me to the airport and opened the door really quickly both times at 5:00 AM. The second time, the doorbell was broken, so I knocked, and he opened it right away. He didn't have any extra locks when I went, so he put a hook on it. When I picked up my suitcase three days later, it was exactly as I'd left it, and nothing was missing. Thank you so much! You were a huge help!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Location is a little difficult to find but you just have to walk all the way down the hall when you enter the white door. I would recommend paying in cash considering the recent reviews.

The service perfectly met our expectations. Simple, efficient, and completely secure. As mentioned in other reviews, rely on the photos of the door (a large "105" on the door) and someone will open it for you.

The location was a little bit hard to find, but it wasn’t hidden. The process was simple. I presented the QR code from the app and they were able to quickly pull up my reservation. They took my bags and when I returned, the process was the same. Overall, it was a great experience.
