The name of the spot should probably include that it’s IN the carriage house, it’s very confusing otherwise- but other than that 10/10 service, loved it! Will probably be using this spot a LOT

Friendly staff! Near the strip and easy access. Really convenient.

Pay attention where is the turn from main road to the parking lot. Google maps lead you correctly, but we missed the turn. The storage is located inside of the hotel, so go to the main entrance and ring the buzzer. You have to pay in advance to get QR code, but concierge can give you an instructions. Easy and safe. We left 3 mountain bikes inside no problem. 24h access. Perfect.

With all of the construction around the hotel it was a small challenge entering the parking lot from the way our driver came , but super easy drop off and pick up … great concept!!!

Store was great. It is very unhelpful that the app/website does NOT give exact location till after you book, as an extra half mile can be a very big deal when you are dragging heavy luggage along

Carriage House staff very helpful with using an app that charged me for 2 bags when I only had 1.

I've never met such an easy-going and delightful staff who was not only helpful to hold my bags, but one of the best selections of beef, fish, whatever the hell you want jerky in the world!

Yes, this spot is sketchy and you'll probably be approached by a vagrant, but it's really convenient and open 24hrs. It helped us out big time our last day in a town

Many places, such as hotels, offer luggage storage as a side business, which is convenient. It would be even more helpful if you knew in advance what kind of facility the luggage storage facility is.

My hotel wouldn't watch my bag for a couple hours before my flight. This saved my whole trip!

Front desk was very kind and helpful.

I was initially under the impression I was leaving my bag in an actual locker but was a bit surprised when we were lead to leave our bags in a back room. I also noted some bags on the ground behind the counter. The location of this 7 Eleven also made me feel unsafe as the area felt sketchy. Overall, I’m unsure I’ll use Bounce again.
