easy pickup. fast service friendly staff

This was my first time using the hotel, but the staff were friendly, and I was able to check in and out quickly without any trouble, which was very convenient.

Drop off and pick up were straight forward and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Check in person scanned our QR code and ensured the number of bags we have and rolled them away. Pick up was just as easy and smooth. Staff also kindly let us know of their closing time to ensure a timely pickup. Would book again, if needed.

It was quick and easy. The time to pick up luggage was shorter than I expected on the business end; bounce made it seem as if you had 24hr access or at least 8 hours or more. The form at check in suggested we only had until 5pm to pick up our luggage. Either way, the directions were clear and the hotel clerk was polite and professional. It was located near the center of the strip.

This is, hands down, "THE" safest, fastest, and most accesible storage location nearby the Vegas Strip. It is a well-known and respected, national hotel chain. Their customer service was fast and topnotch. Your bags are stored in a secured (i.e., locked) locker and you will receive a bag tag for each piece of luggage during drop-off. Pick up was a bliss. We arrived for pickup at a time a bus full of teenagers (plus, responsible adults) have arrived at the property and three hotel staff members were patiently processing their check-ins. We were headed to the airport in under a rush to get our bags. I approached one of the hotel staff at the reception counter, and pointed out that we were only picking bags. Immediately, when the hotel staff completed the ongoing check-in transaction, proceeded to kindly retrieve our bags. The whole drop off/pick up process took less than 10 min total. If this is not evidence of great service. You and I live in different dimensions. The Bounce app worked great for this transaction. It included a cancelation of a previous booking (due to my error), rebooking for this location, and updating the reservation in real-time during drop off). We had consolidated our luggage and stored less luggage than originally planned. All refunds were also processed and credited to my bank accounts in real-time. Ten out of ten to both, Bounce and this storage location, for a great service experience. Thank you!

It is the best. It is friendly and fast. It is also very convenient, and parking is available, so I really like it.

So the pick-up location was easy enough to get to. As this is my first time ever using it, and the 7-11 staff were also new so we were all learning together and a bit confused ahahah. However, I felt that my suitcase was secure as I was out touring.

Drop off was easy to find and quick however the attendant immediately pointed out their tip jar and said “here’s my tip jar in case you wanna tip me” and it felt a little weird because typically I tip after a service is completed, so it just made us feel a little weird or like we had to before we left or maybe our stuff wouldn’t be as secure? When we went back to pick up our bags, the experience felt a little bit better so we figured maybe we caught them off guard while they were preparing the main business for opening. Who knows. We did pick our bags up pretty early but it seems as if there’s a flat fee for the bags.

Easy to use. It's located in a gas station and doesn't seem like a storage facility but they scan your QR code and lock your bags in a closet. It's secure. I highly recommend if you don't want to carry bags around.
