The two young ladies working at Hastag.vegas were very helpful and courteous. I was skeptical about leaving our luggage because I've never heard of anything like this before. Our luggage was secure and I had a peace of mind knowing that when my family and I got done doing what we were doing, our luggage was right there waiting for us. This is an excellent alternative to hotels or venues that will not hang on to your luggage if you are traveling about.

On both the drop-off and pickup visits, staff tended to me quickly, knew that I would be coming in, and handled the task efficiently.

Super easy, only complaint is they just open the door and let me grab my own bag. Not really an issue unless you have some dishonest.
