so easy and thought price was very reasonable. We got off a cruise ship too early to go to the airport so were able to store our luggage for a few hours so we could walk around San Juan. Well Worth it! better than sitting in the airport

Perfect experience

I stayed at a hotel a few blocks from this one but had several hours between checkout and my cruise, so I left my bags here for about 5 hours and walked to the Contemporary museum. Customer service was great. I wish I'd gotten his name but he was very accommodating when I dropped the bags off and when I retrieved them. The fees were reasonable as well. I will use this service again in the future and will likely stay at this hotel when I'm back in Puerto Rico. Side note: The museum was also amazing. Great way to spend a few hours while being lightly active and learning about their culture.

Very easy process from drop off to pick up. I would do it again!

Everything perfect

Drop off and pick up was super easy. We were able to put our bags in a restroom they utilized as bag storage. No customers went in or out of there for the restroom since there is one next to it. When we went to pick up luggage, there were luggage’s sitting in front of storage door area and not in the room. Now, you can only go through the pizza place so if someone got it they would probably know. I feel confident with the service and would use again. I wouldn’t leave any important papers or valuables there just in case.

I didn’t get the guys name, unfortunately. But he was extremely thorough. I noticed there were several throughout town, but I would highly recommend this particular location! Safe and secure!

Our first experience on Bounce with Mavi was excellent. We found the process to be easy and well organized.

Very convenient. Store could not scan our luggage at drop off, we had to trust they would fix thier issue. It all worked out, but we had to leave our luggage without formal acceptance.
