Luggage storage La Placita

We had to wait on a taxi to pick us up. It was nice to have a restroom available and an air conditioned space to wait.

I have been to PR many times and stayed in the area. So, while I had never heard of the hotel I was familiar with the area where it was and felt very comfortable walking there from my condo 6 minutes away. I had to be buzzed in to the gate-I appreciated that it was in a secure facility. It was a very easy online process and had no issues when leaving my bag. I will use this location again.

Check in and out was fast, without any problems. I left two large suitcases for two whole days and everything was great! When I picked them up, they checked that the numbers I had were the same as the suitcases. The only "bad" thing is that I had to check out manually with support because the place didn't do it for me.

Both check in and check out staff were helpful and super friendly. Would highly recommend Casa Wilson Inn to store your luggage.

Bag checking was very affordable and spacious enough for small to large luggage’s. The Casa Wilson was in walking distance from my air bnb in the heart of Condado which made my last day smooth. I had early check out and a late flight they close at 10:00 so it was perfect. Greatly appreciate the service.

It’s been months but I just realized I never left a review… the staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. I missed my flight and was stuck in PR alll day without a place to stay until my flight at midnight. When I dropped my luggage off so I wouldn’t have to carry it anywhere the kid working told us he’d give us towels/soap to rinse off in the shower outside. They let us sit in the waiting room for a few hours while we figured everything out. Extremely grateful and on my next visit, I will make it a point to actually stay at Casa Wilson
