The staff was so kind. It was an easy drop off, and I would recommend them to anyone. I felt my bags were very safe and secure.

Felt very comfortable leaving my luggage here. Concierge was very friendly and there’s two locked gates and cameras to even get to the luggage. You have to be buzzed in which is PERFECT. My favorite bounce luggage location in the center of the city, with all sorts of food spots in walkable distance from them (also extremely fast and affordable Ubers being right in the center of the city). I also did take a look at the hotel itself and it looks like a clean and lovely stay.

Had never used a service like this before, but I would definitely do it again. We had a late flight and needed to check out of our Airbnb at 11am. The customer service rep at the hotel was professional and kind. The check-in and check-out process was quick. Grateful this service exists:)

Highly recommend the Bounce location at Casa Wilson Inn. We dropped off four bags for ~$25. Pick up and drop off took less than 2 mins. Bags were safe and staff was friendly and helpful. Much better than dragging around San Juan.

I used this location to store my luggage through the Bounce app. This was an amazing location! The staff was courteous and it was a seamless safe and secure drop off. Also the boutique hotel is very quaint private and peaceful with a gorgeous backyard pool. I’d def consider staying here on my next visit.

Very cheap! $3.5-6 per bag per day depending on the size! This one is in casa Wilson hotel. Easy to book online and easy check in/ check out. The staff was friendly and guiding us on what to do! There will always be someone watching the luggage’s! I felt safe leaving my stuff there!

I stayed at a hotel a few blocks from this one but had several hours between checkout and my cruise, so I left my bags here for about 5 hours and walked to the Contemporary museum. Customer service was great. I wish I'd gotten his name but he was very accommodating when I dropped the bags off and when I retrieved them. The fees were reasonable as well. I will use this service again in the future and will likely stay at this hotel when I'm back in Puerto Rico. Side note: The museum was also amazing. Great way to spend a few hours while being lightly active and learning about their culture.
