Booking online was easy Friendly staff Took a last minute bag with no issue Recommend!

Very smooth process, we were able to leave our bags for several hours without issue. Our bags were originally placed behind clothing racks, but we returned to pick them up they had been moved to a back room of the store. I would recommend.

We used this Bounce system because we had to check out of our Airbnb at 11am and our flight wasn't until 5:45pm. This allowed us to drop off our 4 bags and enjoy our last day walking around Old San Juan. Bag pickup was easy as well. Overall great experience!

Very convenient! Right across the street from the cruise port. It's actually a small storefront for a company that rents scooters. The man was already open and ready for business before our scheduled time. We ended up booking this just the night before the cruise ended, when we realized we had plenty of time to visit Old San Juan prior to having to get to the airport.

drop-off was a little disorganized, but our bags were safe and we had no issues picking them up!

Great spot to keep bags, very cheap, and generally safe. We could go back and forth from our bag throughout the day if needed, but this means they are not locked up.

This was the greatest thing on our recent visit to San Juan. We were able to easily leave our luggage in a store’s back room while we toured the city. When we went back to get our things it was a breeze!
