Easy to get to. Owner called for our taxis. Great option for the day if you have a later flight after a cruise and want to explore Old San Juan.

Very convenient if you are going cruising and want to venture into San Juan without dragging luggage. We initially planned to drop off only our large luggage but easily added a backpack. After our walk we picked up our luggage earlier than expected. The only thing to be prepared for is the store sign which is only on the door. Look for the scooters on the sidewalk. Use the Bounce app for directions to the store.

Convenient and fast

This was a fantastic service since we had several hours between getting of our cruise ship and our flight. Very close to the terminal pier in Old San Juan. My only suggestion would be to include the name of the business that hosts the Bounce service.

Very helpful staff. Right across the street from cruise terminal. It worked really well so we could enjoy the day before catching our plane home.

Easy drop-off and pickup of luggage, and he even got a cab for us to the airport. 😁

Good service. Remember if you have no data connection on your phone, there is no WiFi at the office, but the host gave us a hot-spot connection to her phone to get the QR .

It worked well, however, there was only one employee renting scooters and checking luggage/releasing luggage so it took around 30-40 minutes to get out bags when we picked them up.

Quick and convenient!

I really appreciated having a place so close to the port to drop off my luggage after the cruise. We had a few hours to take a tour but couldn't have done it if we still had to lug our bags. You do need to use the app to easily find the drop off shop. So if you're booking online, go ahead and download it and save yourself some confusion.

Stored bags here for 6 hours prior to boarding time for a cruise. Very pleased.
