Luggage storage Viejo San Juan

Disembarked cruise ship and Googled bag storage. Located a couple blocks away. Excellent experience.

I was skeptical at first because I didn’t even know a service like this existed. My husband and I flew to Puerto Rico and then went on a cruise, so we only had one hotel night. On our last day, we wanted to actually enjoy Puerto Rico, but we had nowhere to store our suitcases. We started asking around, did some research, and even ChatGPT recommended Bounce. We decided to take a chance and honestly, it was one of the best decisions of our trip especially because of the Puerto Rican festival. We were able to extend our day, explore, and relax without dragging our luggage everywhere. We even left important items in our bags, including our passports, and everything was completely safe and secure and they take pictures of your belongings. Super convenient, easy to use, and gave us so much more freedom on our last day. Highly recommend!

We used the luggage storage area in-between 2 cruises. At first I wasn’t too sure about the place, but the fellow there was quite attentive as to who should be in there. He used the qr code going in and out. He was quite friendly and even flagged a taxi down for us and helped get us to the taxi. Great service!

Perfect spot to drop bags for walking tours of Old Town San Juan. We used San Juan Scooter Rental location before AND after our cruise so we could do Exterior and Interior walking tours on separate days. The gentleman was very polite and helpful, and even though Bounce says he officially opens at 10am we were able to drop our bags at 9:30am the first day and 9:00am a week later. Right across from Cruise Pier - perfect location!

Fantastic service, close to San Juan terminal. The gentleman on duty was very helpful! We had to transfer to another cruise but had a long time between boarding. We check our bags in and went for lunch. Great service. Thank you👍

Easy drop off, btw the place with all the scooters sitting around is where you need to drop off for San Juan Scooter Rental lol in old San Juan Owner was very nice, knew exactly what to scan and we were the last to pick up our luggage, he patiently waited

Didn't open until 10am, but they were able to accommodate our earlier arrival as we got off our cruise and toured Old San Juan for the day. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Great experience! The Information booth person gave us the tip on where to store our luggage for the day and directed us to the Scooter Rental that opened at 10AM. Easy to book a reservation and pay ahead of time. They were busy renting scooters and helping the line of people with their luggage storage! Convenient and reliable! Overall it was a great experience!
