This location was easy to walk to from the cruise port, the woman working at the counter was very friendly and the luggage storage area seemed secure with security cameras present. Definitely recommend.

The road had some construction on it so uber had to drop us off a couple stores away. No biggey tho.. wasn’t far at all. Took a while to get luggage checked in… and she seemed a bit flustered by how many bags were being dropped off and needed a couple minutes to rearrange the back room. Overall good experience

Great experience, just as expected! The store is conveniently located near plenty of things in Old San Juan. There is only one employee on duty & they are a popular Bounce destination so we did have to wait in line to drop off but there was no line to pick up. Please remember you may not be the only one utilizing this service & leave enough time to pick up & drop off. The employee was polite & efficient, our bags were secured in the back of the store, we had no concerns on security.

We had a few extra hours in San Juan before our trip and we were coming from Vieques so we decided to leave our bags here, it was such a great idea! The process was super easy, as we had paid online, so we just let the staff at the reception know we had a reservation, they received the bags, and it allowed us to explore Viejo San Juan without carrying our bags with us. The staff at Casablanca hotel were very friendly.

Great experience. Bags were secure. Hotel staff were very inviting. They gave us tips for where to visit and even arranged transportation to the airport when we finished touring San Juan.

I had never used Bounce or left my luggage at the Casablanca Hotel before, but it was such a relief not having to carry our bags around while sightseeing in Old San Juan. The staff at the Casablanca Hotel were incredibly kind and friendly. I’ll definitely use this service again.

The only difficult part was finding the exact location! It is inside the scooter rental shop. Employee inside was nice and helpful! Use the app/website to pay, otherwise have exact amount in cash and there is no electronic verification of your bags being dropped. We arrived by ship and had a late flight home, so this was a great and inexpensive option to leave our bags and explore the city of San Juan!
