Great sage place to store our luggage for the day. Perfectly located for walking around Old St Juan. Helpful, friendly staff. Will definitely use again if we go back.

It was great! They gave us some lunch recommendations and called our taxi when we were ready later in the day to head to the airport. Very helpful.

Never used this service before, but was desperate to drop my bags off after my cruise as we had 7 hours before needing to head to the airport. Made a last second reservation. Wow, it was such a great experience and the store owner was so incredibly nice and helpful. Went to pick up our bags, and the lady there didn’t speak much English, so I was able to practice the little amount of Spanish I know 😂 She was also so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We left our bags there on our last day since our flight was at 8:30 p.m., and it was a great help. The place is very well located, and the guy who helped us was friendly both when we dropped off our luggage and when we picked it up.

We stayed at two different parts of the island and a few hours to kill before our check in time. We used this service to leave our luggage while we explored old San Juan. Would recommend, very easy to book.

Great pharmacy/ store right on Plaza de Armas in the center of Viejo. I went there initially to pick up sundry items and then later to store my luggage for a few hours. Everyone there is friendly and helpful . I had never used Bounce so I was uncertain of the process and uneasy to leave all my things in a store… But it was so incredibly simple and efficient. Inside the pharmacy you can tell anyone you have a bounce reservation and they will find you a manager (the managers wear blue shirts) who can assist in checking you in and then they put your bags behind a locked door in the center of store. Getting my luggage back took two minutes. I highly recommend this location and the people who work there they are bilingual and super helpful

Very convenient if you are going cruising and want to venture into San Juan without dragging luggage. We initially planned to drop off only our large luggage but easily added a backpack. After our walk we picked up our luggage earlier than expected. The only thing to be prepared for is the store sign which is only on the door. Look for the scooters on the sidewalk. Use the Bounce app for directions to the store.

Very conveniently located close to the cruise port. Great to be able to look around OSJ without dragging our luggage.

Wasn't a private place ll cases were in one public room, however there was a man photoing them who watched the door Not quite what we expected but did the job.
