Drop off was easy. The attendants were able to accept multiple bags in a matter of seconds. The bags were held in a room away from public sight. Pickup was simple too.

I used the Bounce luggage storage service in Old San Juan this summer on our cruise disembarkation day since we had a late flight home. Our drop-off location was at the CasaBlanca Hotel, and the entire process was effortless. The staff greeted us warmly, tagged all nine of our bags, and stored them securely for the day. When we returned, everything was ready and waiting for us. The service was very affordable and gave us the opportunity to enjoy one last full day exploring beautiful Old San Juan instead of sitting at the airport. I highly recommend Bounce to anyone with a late flight or extra time before traveling home!

Wonderful experience! Super easy check in and check out process. I felt completely safe leaving my groups luggage there during the day! We got to shop around worry free before heading out to catch our flight. 10/10 would recommend. Axel was very nice and took care of our things. Would use again!
