This location was very convenient to Old San Juan, and open early enough to accommodate our departure from the cruise ship. Kevin was great and helped us quickly store our bags, all while being incredibly pleasant! I would definitely recommend and use again!

Truly amazing experience. Kevin was so helpful and held our luggage safely while we explored old San Juan on our last day! He also gave recommendations for things to do and I love his manners and punctuality in timing. He was so accommodating as well snd went the extra step to give us great customer service! The next time I’m in San Juan, I will definitely definitely be using his storage services again.He kept to time and was very detailed in his instructions. Highly recommmend!

So convenient and easy

Experience was smooth and easy. We got a storage at casablanca hotel, they have everything stored in a room and they put tags on all the bags. The ambience is nice, clean, and reassuring. I gave them my name and they pulled up my reservation instantly at the front desk and gave me a ticket to hold on to for pickup when I was heading back to the airport.

Drop off was easy and fast. Pick up was a breeze, it was helpful that I knew the exact location of my bag within the store to facilitate finding it quickly.

I ended up utilizing this storage twice during our trip. Both times it was easy to navigate, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the store itself was convenient as we were able to pick up waters and several other items. The location is in the heart of VSJ, easy to navigate, bright, clean and safe. I'd highly recommend utilizing this service at this location.
