Easy and convenient drop-off and pickup

Dropping off /picking up my bag was super easy, the woman at the counter was very nice. It’s also nice that this shop is open a little later than some of the others as it allows a bit more time before pickup is needed.

The place was conveniently located, not too far from the cruise ship terminal. The lady at the store was pleasant accommodative, and a pleasure to deal with.

They were super helpful and kind. Would definitely use them again!

Went from departing cruise ship to dropping off our luggage for a reasonable price to Store our bulky luggage at this hotel for several hours. We were able to explore old San Juan for several hours more freely without lugging our stuff around. Conveniently went back to the hotel and claimed our luggage and ubered to Airport with ample time since this hotel is a 20 minute drive away to the Luis Munoz airport.

East, fast, cheap, convenient, and safe luggage storage. friendly staff as well.

Drop off was easy. The attendants were able to accept multiple bags in a matter of seconds. The bags were held in a room away from public sight. Pickup was simple too.

Great location, near the cruise ship port, shopping and restaurants. The luggage storage is inside a pharmacy, but it was easy for our Uber driver to get to from the airport.

Staff friendly, process was easy. I felt safe leaving my bags there. The staff member scanned my QR code and gave me tickets for my bags when I returned to pick my bags up she double checked the ticket number to confirm which bags were mine

It was great. Bags were secure. The location is ideal. Take an Uber to Plaza de Colon. Drop your bags to Mavi. Then walk the old town. Perfect!
