Luggage storage Old San Juan

So convenient and easy

Experience was smooth and easy. We got a storage at casablanca hotel, they have everything stored in a room and they put tags on all the bags. The ambience is nice, clean, and reassuring. I gave them my name and they pulled up my reservation instantly at the front desk and gave me a ticket to hold on to for pickup when I was heading back to the airport.

This was my first time using a service like this, but the front desk was very friendly and it was clear that they have a secure system. My mind was at ease and I was able to pick up and drop off early without issue. Highly recommend!

Drop off and pick up went flawless. Luggage are stored in a room behind the lobby. Lobby was full at pickup time, noon on a Saturday. Waiting time was a couple minutes.

This is our second time using Casablanca. The staff was great. We drop off our bags with no issue and asked for restaurant recommendations for lunch. The restaurant they recommend was so good. We are actually thinking of staying at this hotel next time we are in SanJuan.

What a genius idea!!! So convenient for having a late in the day departure. Our cruise ended at 8:30am and flight wasn’t until 4. We fully took advantage of this newfound service and explored San Juan without having to drag our luggage all over the city with us! Thank you for allowing our last day of the trip to be a fun, memorable one without stress.

Great place to store our luggage. Staff very friendly and attended to our luggage right away. The location is in the heart of of Old San Juan so was walkable to a lot of places including restaurants (El Madre was so good), the basilica and Fort San Cristobal. We felt our luggage was safe.

Easy peasy. We dropped off at this location, The Casa Blanca Hotel in Old San Juan, and got a receipt tag and they kept the pieces of luggage, each with a matching tag, in the room behind the check in desk. Don't lose the receipt tag. Take a pic of it in case you lose it, you'll need it for pick up.

Booked online just as it said to do in advance. It was super easy, walked in, gave my conf. number and walked out. It took all of 5 minutes the pick up was just as simple. I will use location again.
