This location was easy to walk to from the cruise port, the woman working at the counter was very friendly and the luggage storage area seemed secure with security cameras present. Definitely recommend.

Great experience, just as expected! The store is conveniently located near plenty of things in Old San Juan. There is only one employee on duty & they are a popular Bounce destination so we did have to wait in line to drop off but there was no line to pick up. Please remember you may not be the only one utilizing this service & leave enough time to pick up & drop off. The employee was polite & efficient, our bags were secured in the back of the store, we had no concerns on security.

I was a little hesitant to drop my luggage off with a random business but I must say it was a wonderful experience, a 10/10. It definitely beat dragging around our luggage all day.

Found store easily. Employee scanned my bar code, labeled my bags and stored them out the back. Upon return, gave my name and number of bags and she brought them straight out. So easy!

We showed up at store opening time and loaded 20 pieces of luggage in a locked closet. We returned at 2 pm and retrieved all our luggage. It was a simple and easy process.

Never used this service before, but was desperate to drop my bags off after my cruise as we had 7 hours before needing to head to the airport. Made a last second reservation. Wow, it was such a great experience and the store owner was so incredibly nice and helpful. Went to pick up our bags, and the lady there didn’t speak much English, so I was able to practice the little amount of Spanish I know 😂 She was also so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We left our bags there on our last day since our flight was at 8:30 p.m., and it was a great help. The place is very well located, and the guy who helped us was friendly both when we dropped off our luggage and when we picked it up.

We stayed at two different parts of the island and a few hours to kill before our check in time. We used this service to leave our luggage while we explored old San Juan. Would recommend, very easy to book.
