My experience was very good, once I located the store I had no issues with dropping off my bags. It was a seamless process. I would definitely book it again if I ever need to.

We were in a pinch with a late night flight out of San Juan and a hotel stay that was coming to an end. We took a chance with Bounce and were thoroughly impressed! The owner of the shop was extremely helpful and even gave us recommendations. I would highly recommend for those who want to adventure around San Juan before a flight but don’t want to carry the luggage. We will definitely do this again!

You may be hesitent about this location from the photos, but it’s exactly what you want. I was looking for place to hold my luggage after my cruse in San Juan, and found Bounce. this location sell souvenirs, and provides Bounce service. The proprietor (Kevin) there was also helpful, and provided useful information about transportation and where to find things to do around town as well as bing professional and secure. - 2,000+ other customers weren't wrong this is the right spot!
