The only complication was that the restuarant had 3 lacations with the same name. I returned to the wrong one, however the staff was so kind and helpful.

This was my first time ever taking my luggage somewhere to be dropped off while I wait for my hotel room to be available. It was very quick and easy of a process. I was honestly very nervous since this is my first time doing something like this but I am picking up all of my stuff now and everything is here on One piece. I will do this again in the future.

I really enjoyed the service at Café Rubén Condado. It was quick and efficient from the start. The app is easy to set up and doesn't take much time, which makes the whole process very convenient. Plus, I thought the price was fair. Thanks to this service, I was able to explore more places with peace of mind and security, knowing my luggage was in good hands.

This was our first experience with Bounce, and we have to say it was great. We got in a little late from our flight, so our drop off was time was late. The Bounce site did not make a big deal about us being late at all and process was very simple. We dropped our luggage off and they scanned our QR code. Then it was off to explore and get some extra beach time. We will definitely use Bounce again.

Very courteous and accommodating. Luggage was safe and secured allowing us time to excursion and enjoy the rest of our time without hauling luggage around before our departure flights. Great food at this location too!
