Luggage storage Magdalena Avenue

Right around the corner from our Air BnB, very friendly workers and easy/ fast drop off n pick up (Saturday morning 11am). We had just gotten off a cruise so lots of luggage. Unfortunately our Air bnb host responded only 5 minutes after to let us know the apartment was ready early, lol. So we used them for less than an hour but no complaints and would totally recommend.

Having the option to safely store your luggage while enjoying your vacation is such a great convenience. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. The only suggestion I have is that the luggage drop-off location could use better signage. At least at the location where I left my bags, it was inside a restaurant, and there were no signs indicating it was a Bounce luggage storage site. If it hadn’t been for a customer who was eating there and pointed us in the right direction, I would have never known that’s where we were supposed to go. Other than that, the experience was excellent. My luggage was stored safely and securely for about five hours, the process was easy, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use the service again.

Very easy to use and convenient. Highly recommend. This was a lifesaver. I did not want to have to drag my suitcase around with me from 6:00 a.m. until the Airbnb opened àt 4:00.

Quick and easy, only thing is that your bags are in view of anyone eating. I didn’t experience any issues and there are a lot of workers around but food for thought on privacy of luggage

The only complication was that the restuarant had 3 lacations with the same name. I returned to the wrong one, however the staff was so kind and helpful.

This was my first time ever taking my luggage somewhere to be dropped off while I wait for my hotel room to be available. It was very quick and easy of a process. I was honestly very nervous since this is my first time doing something like this but I am picking up all of my stuff now and everything is here on One piece. I will do this again in the future.

I really enjoyed the service at Café Rubén Condado. It was quick and efficient from the start. The app is easy to set up and doesn't take much time, which makes the whole process very convenient. Plus, I thought the price was fair. Thanks to this service, I was able to explore more places with peace of mind and security, knowing my luggage was in good hands.
