Bags were sort of just on the floor in the corner of the restaurant. But staff was friendly and we got our bags back safe :)

Good place to leave your luggage. The Bounce luggage storage at Café Rubén is convenient and easy to find. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the place feels safe and well organized. A great option if you need a reliable spot to store your bags for a few hours.

The storage is inside a restaurant called Rubén's Café. Everything is good except when first arrived at the address and were confused not finding any sign of Bounce. Went inside asked restaurant staff and got confirmed Bounce service. Maybe we missed some instructions? Anyway after that, everything is fine.

Wonderful staff ! Veryyyy helpful and accommodating . I needed to repack my luggage and they were so understanding … English was a little challenging though but we got through 🙏
