- Great customer service and helpful staff Staff took photo of the dropped luggage and insisted on me taking a photo also to verify that it matched the same on collection Luggage was safe and appeared to be being used by lots of other travellers Less physically capable travellers please be mindful that luggage will need to be lifted by yourself up a steep narrow stair case Location is a 1 minute off the main strip after leaving the Amsterdam Centraal station making it easy to get multiple cases to the storage point Definitely recommend

- The place is centrally located, and they check that you bring your suitcase and not another. I don't give them a higher rating because you have to carry your suitcase up and down from the upper floor where they're stored, and the stairs are dangerous, very narrow, and steep.

- I've used Bounce in the past, and have always had great service. I had a long layover at AMS. This location made it so easy to drop off my luggage for half a day and go check out some of the museums. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

- Though there is 5~6 min walk from the station, the road is relatively flat, and getting there with my 25kg suitcase was not much of a problem. No stairs, the store is easy to locate, the doors are wide. Super friendly, cheerful manager, professionally gets my luggage to a separate room closed securely with a door. Has me take a photo my suitcase with the number tag on it, and it also serves as my receipt (clever!). Another perk of this location is that it's just next door to one of the largest Albert Heijn supermarkets in downtown Amsterdan, so you can do your last-minute shopping (I got a ton of my new favorite NL snaks) before leaving for Schipol.
