We were a little confused on the location as it's an auto shop. I don't think we saw any signs posted. The process to check in our bags and pick them up was very easy though.

Convenient to Centraal station, and a reasonable price to be luggage-free for a few hours after we checked out of our accomodation.

The entrance is a bit confusing because it's unsignaled; we only speak Spanish and were able to communicate well with the gentleman.

The service was fast, efficient and worth the price, however I was not confident about the safety of our luggage, being placed in a trolley at the entrance of the garage with an open door. I still recommend!

YES, WOULD USE AGAIN PROS- Quick, simple, affordable, convenient, helpful staff, beautiful older building, clean space, bathrooms, table and chairs to rest a short time, pre-ordered online, close to Central Train Station, restaurants, shops, tram, and Cruise Terminal port, grocery store on first floor, across the street from Hop-on-Hop-off buses, and river tours, bags are tagged, and kept in a locked room, they speak English, Dutch, maybe other languages. CONS- 3rd floor with narrow, but beautiful stairs, or mini elevator, no sign outside the building, or where to buzz up, closes at 5pm, attendant did not ask to see our receipt. He asked us which were our bags (to be fair, he saw us drop off our bags, so maybe he remembered us, and our bags)still...we feel he should have requested to see our receipt Hope this helps.
