This service was a lifesaver after our train got delayed. We found a location 10 minutes from our Airbnb. It was a convenience store and no frills but the cashier took our bags right away and everything was there and nothing messed with upon our pickup.

Used Bounce to store my bag at a shop until I could check in at my logging. The booking was easy & the service was great. The only issue was that on the map, the location seemed to be really close to where I was (Amsterdam Central Station) but in reality, it took me about 20 minutes to walk there. All in all, I had a good experience & would use the service in the future.

The app originally said it was a matter of 4 minutes away and once booked, it then gave the exact address, which was approximately 20 minutes away. Other than this the store was helpful and polite and would use again if I was in the area. The app however should offer better clarity on locations prior to booking as we booked because it seemed like it was only a few minutes away.

It wasn't obvious that Bounce is inside the shop as the number given is for the stair. We wasted time trying to get in that door before going into the shop to ask! Otherwise the service seems fine, easy to book online. These are the only photos I took of the shop as they amused me!
