It is very easy to locate and is very close to the Charles Bridge.

No tracking system of bags, yet on pickup staff asked for picture of bag. It was only by luck that I had taken one myself but curious to know what the process would have been otherwise because there was no instruction to do so on drop off

It's a market from the outside, you talk to the staff who serve you and there are no problems leaving your luggage in a safe place close to the bus terminal.

Great experience, very safe place to leave your luggage. It was locked it a closet, and nobody beside the staff didn't have access to the room.

A table is required on which to prepare your luggage for delivery or collection.

It was honestly not bad but I Got the impression that because me and my friend were Young the guy asked firstly for the booking on the website, then the e-mail, and then he took time to check the app searching for my name like we were trying to cheat our Way in with the luggage, however it is my first time using the service so i dont particularily know if that is just how the process is, but overall we still put our luggage away within 15 minutes

The bag was quite dirty from something white... but it looks like everthing else is fine

Finding the luggage store in Prague was a bit tricky at first, as it turned out to be inside a souvenir shop. When I went in to ask for information, the woman at the counter was quite unresponsive and didn’t say much. However, we left our luggage there and later picked it up without any issues. Everything seemed safe, and we paid €19 for three suitcases, which was reasonable.

Everything was very practical, the only thing that caught my attention was that they didn't give me any number or anything like that to pick up the suitcase.

The staff was very friendly and they checked the booking confirmation thoroughly during drop off and pick-up. Also, at a very convenient location near Prague NA Knizeci

They were lovely, it was easy and secure and open really early, after picking up our bags we had a very late bus and we had no where to wait, they allowed us to wait in their lobby where we were comfortable and safe with access to their toilet. I actually wish this was the place we stayed for our accommodation. It looked great.
