George at Hotel Tyl was GREAT! We actually forgot a bag at the airport and he helped translate what was said as we don’t speak Czech above that of a 2 year old. Anyway, everything worked out and we’ll never forget our first experience with a Czech!

Perfect place for luggage storage! We used this hotel to store our luggage before checking into our apartment and again before our train. The location is incredibly convenient, and the price is very affordable. Plus, the staff at the reception were wonderful—very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

This is a hotel where you can leave your luggage. Super friendly, reliable and available 24/7, in a good location. The staff was extremely friendly, and in addition to storing our belongings, they allowed us to use the restroom and stay in the lobby while we waited for the shuttle.
