Luggage storage By Wenceslas Square

Super easy booking online. Staff very helpful. Good value

They have very friendly staff and twenty four hour service. It was really easy just to walk in with my suitcase and check it.

Super easy. They scanned my QR code and took a photo of the luggage. At the time of return of luggage i again showed the QR code and they handed my luggage back to me.

En inglés: “Excellent service from the guy who helped me.”

Everything was perfect, quick, and the staff were very friendly. The luggage room is right next to the hotel reception, so it's monitored, but anyone who comes in could take any suitcase; there's no control over that.

Friendly staff and super simple drop off and pick up.

Very easy to access and fast.

Great experience. The hotel staff are very friendly. Luggage is safe and a photo is taken. I recommend it!

The only problem was that neither the guy from the hotel neither I (I didn't know I had to do it) didn't check the pick-up process..

great communication, felt safe

Easy drop-off and pickup, friendly staff

Kind, courteous, and helpful. The girl also gave us directions to see the city.

Very good experience overall, the storage is inside the hotel with helpful and friendly stuff.

Very good experience, it was easy to find. The person was very friendly and helpful. The room was locked and our luggage was stored in the hotel. Thank you!

Very friendly and uncomplicated, I was also allowed to use the toilet

The staff present was rly friendly.

Pick-off & drop-off were super easy and quick. I appreciated that the staff entered the storage room themselves, so luggage is never left unattended. I definitely recommens the service!

Friendly hotel staff and safe place to store your luggage.

The nicest and most helpful staff ever. Great experience.

Pleasant, friendly, and reliable communication!

I had no problems dropping off and picking up my luggage. It felt safer since it was a hotel and many other people had their suitcases there before me.

Very kind staff, easy drop off and pick up

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Both delivery and collection were quick, and the staff were super friendly. 10 out of 10.

It was practical and easy.

No complaints, the staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the luggage was in a secure area. At the drop-off point, they gave us a token, which we then used to retrieve our luggage.

It was over in a blink, no problems at all.

Very good. Staff was very helpful and the overall experience was very nice.

Easy to drop off and pick up. Was asked both times for the QR code and also gave us an extra measure with numbered tickets. Would use again

Friendly staff, they requested the QR, take a photo of my luggage, super secure and trustable. Recommend!
